A: Yes, there is a digital version of Indiefferential Magazine. It will be available online for free, allowing readers to access and enjoy the content easily. However, if you prefer a physical copy, you can also order one. You can see how the digital version looks like here.
Q: Can artists receive complimentary issues of the magazine?
A: Unfortunately, at this time, we are not able to send complimentary issues to the artists featured in Indiefferential Magazine. However, we greatly appreciate their contributions and strive to provide them with a platform to showcase their work to a wider audience.
Here are some key reasons why we can't send complimentary printed issues just yet:
Resource Constraints: At the moment, our resources, both in terms of finances and manpower, are allocated to maintaining the quality of content, production, and distribution of our digital and print editions. Expanding our operations to include complimentary printed issues necessitates additional resources, which we are actively working to secure.
Logistical Complexities: Coordinating the production and distribution of complimentary printed issues involves intricate logistics. We want to ensure a seamless and efficient process that guarantees timely delivery to all artists. Currently, we are refining our logistical framework to accommodate this expansion.
Despite these challenges, we want to emphasize our dedication to making complimentary printed issues a reality for artists in the future.
Q: Can I donate to Indiefferential Magazine after the interview?
A: Absolutely! If you wish to support our mission and contribute to the magazine's operations, you are welcome to make a donation. However, it is entirely optional, and there is no obligation to do so.
A magazine created by artists and writers to promote new music, games, books and art projects worldwide. We plan to make this website a place for artists to share their work and grow their audience. Unsigned musicians, aspiring authors, designers and every indie artist is welcome to send their projects. The physical copies of the magazine are printed in the U.S. although we are working with editors both in the U.S. and Europe. The online magazine will be available for free and will feature most of the content found on the website.
In addition to music and artists, Indiefferential covers festivals, sports and all the events where great stories are found. Indiefferential also works with various partners in different countries to cover the most interesting projects. In all cases, the magazine seeks to avoid the “same old” stories seeking out fresh material.
Legal Notice: Agreement for Submission of Answers and Pictures for Indiefferential Magazine
By submitting your answers and pictures to Indiefferential Magazine, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Grant of Rights: By submitting your answers and pictures to the Magazine, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and publish your submitted content in connection with the Magazine, including but not limited to interviews, articles, promotional materials, and online platforms associated with the magazine.
Ownership: You confirm that you are the sole owner of the submitted answers and pictures or have obtained all necessary permissions and rights from the rightful owners to grant the license mentioned above. You agree to indemnify and hold the magazine harmless against any claims, demands, or actions arising out of any alleged infringement or violation of intellectual property rights.
Photographer Credits: If the submitted pictures include the work of a photographer other than yourself, you are responsible for obtaining the necessary permissions and providing accurate photo credits. Please ensure that the photographer's name is included when submitting the pictures to the Magazine.
Modification and Termination: The Magazine reserves the right to edit, modify, or remove any submitted content at its sole discretion. We also reserve the right to terminate or suspend the use of your submitted content without prior notice or explanation.
Interview Participation: As an artist, you have willingly agreed to participate in an interview or feature without expecting any form of monetary compensation or remuneration in return.
Waiver of Compensation: By providing this interview, you expressly waive any and all claims for compensation, including but not limited to fees, royalties, or other financial arrangements typically associated with interviews or similar artistic contributions.
Waiver of Free Copy: Additionally, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to receive a free physical copy of Indiefferential Magazine.
Intellectual Property Rights: You understand and acknowledge that any intellectual property rights associated with the interview, including but not limited to copyrights, remain the sole property of Indiefferential Magazine. You hereby grant Indiefferential the non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and modify the interview content, as deemed necessary by the magazine.
Please indicate your acceptance of the terms stated above by sending the answers to the interview as stated in the email you received. Should you have any questions or concerns, kindly contact us at the contact details provided above.
Failure to respond within 7(seven) days after you've submitted your answers/assets will be considered an acknowledgment and acceptance of the terms outlined in this notice.
By submitting your answers and pictures to Indiefferential Magazine, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined above. You further acknowledge that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
Please note that this agreement is a legally binding document. If you do not agree with any of the terms or conditions, we kindly request that you refrain from submitting your answers and pictures to Indiefferential Magazine.
