Microsoft is hosting an Xbox Tokyo Game Show 2026 broadcast at Tokyo Game Show 2026, starting on Thursday, September 17 at 3am PT / 6am ET / 11am UK / 7pm JST. IGN is reporting live updates of the event with 'Xbox Tokyo Game Show 2026 Broadcast.' Microsoft anticipates that there will be a “exciting lineup of games coming to the platform this year,” and Misuzu Araki will host, offering TGS-exclusive content, new gameplay, and moments tailored for the stage. The broadcast will also feature American Sign Language (ASL) and English Audio Descriptions (AD).

Given Microsoft's commitment to Xbox being a global platform reaching players worldwide, viewers can expect announcements from games like Minecraft Dungeons 2 and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4. Additionally, there may be updates on Forza Horizon 6 due out in Japan, and trailers for games from Asian studios currently working with Xbox such as RGG Studio’s Stranger Than Heaven or Team Ninja's Wo Long 2: Wings of Ember. The event will also feature live updates starting approximately 30 minutes before the broadcast begins, including speculation about whether Hideo Kojima will appear to discuss his ongoing project OD.
