DreamGood have never been interested in staying inside neat genre lines, and their new single "Lifeline" makes that clear from the first listen. Described by the band as a soft-boy introvert's anthem about believing in your own innate intuition, the track has been likened to Adele commingling with Aphex Twin, an electronic, weirdo alt-pop offering aimed squarely at fans of Perfume Genius, Four Tet, Belinda Carlisle and George Michael. It marks the second single from their forthcoming concept album, Paris Novella (Fortune Teller), a project built to explore a kaleidoscope of emotion and ideas, inviting listeners to think, dance and flex in the mirror right alongside it.
