Few catalogues resist a single genre label quite like Erick Oscar's. Playing acoustic guitar and writing songs for more than thirty years, Oscar grew up listening to music every weekend, usually ballads and love songs, and still treats the guitar the same way today: as therapy, a way to process whatever a given day leaves behind.
