In 'I Talk To Ghosts', the singer wanders out at night, leaving behind the attachment to modern shiny things in order to spend time with ghosts: real people, past and present, who are beautifully flawed and complicated. Eerie, mid-tempo and reverb-soaked, with banjo and spooky guitars, it suits Halloween season without turning ghoulish.
