Death Isn't the End: Chosen Undead's Resurrection in Sound

Every great metalcore band needs an origin story, and Chosen Undead's began with an ending. Several members had been writing music together since their youth, developing a sound shaped by old-school metalcore, pop-punk and rock, when their original project collapsed before its planned album could come to life. Rather than abandoning the surviving songs, a new lineup emerged from the wreckage, the music evolved, and the death of that old dream became the foundation for something considerably darker. Chosen Undead wasn't simply a new name; it described what the band had become.
