Meet Baileigh Jane, the  Brooklyn-based artist blending indiepop with a soulful, genre-fluid twist—and making space for authenticity with every note. Their latest single, “nonissue,” is a tender celebration of queer love and self-acceptance, wrapped in dreamy melodies and warm, shimmering vibes. It’s not just a song; it’s an affirmation.

Originally from Jacksonville, Florida, Baileigh’s music reflects the coastal textures of their upbringing, infused with a vibrant mix of pop, R&B, funk, jazz, and psychedelic hues. Their songwriting journey began early—at just five years old, they penned their first lyrics in memory of their late grandmother, Jane, the namesake who now lives on through their music. That early spark evolved into a multi-instrumental passion, shaped by formal jazz guitar studies and a six-year career as a beloved music teacher.

Today, Baileigh is not only an artist but a community builder. Through their label Conduit Media, they organize and headline queer music showcases across NYC, while also co-operating Dank Dykes, a cannabis social club fostering inclusivity and connection.

Their previous work under projects like Conduit and Community Sugar landed sync placements across major networks like MTV, Netflix, and PBS, and spun through over 80 college radio stations nationwide. Now, with “nonissue,” Baileigh Jane steps into a brighter spotlight. At its heart, “nonissue” is a song about love without conditions. “There’s a strong sense of admiration and support felt throughout,” Baileigh shares, crediting their life partner as inspiration. “It’s about the ease of being yourself in the presence of someone who truly sees you—and celebrates you.”

Baileigh Jane’s voice is one of connection, liberation, and heartfelt storytelling. With “nonissue,” they offer a soundtrack not just for lovers, but for anyone finding peace in their truth.
